Our Home Watch Special Services provide an extra layer of care for your home, giving you added peace of mind while you enjoy your travels.
These exclusive services are available only to customers enrolled in our Home Watch Premium package.

Hurricane+Tropical Storm Assessment
We will make a dedicated visit to evaluate your property for any damage resulting from a hurricane or tropical storm.

Package Delivery Porch Pickup
We will make a special trip to retrieve packages under 50 pounds delivered to your front walkway and securely place them inside your home, preventing them from being left exposed for extended periods.

Grocery Pickup
As you prepare to return to your Villages home, we can conveniently pick up your Lake Deaton Plaza Publix or Magnolia Plaza Publix online grocery order and deliver it directly to your residence. Cold items will be placed in the refrigerator or freezer as needed.

Package Receiving and Delivery
We accept packages under 50 pounds shipped to our residence and will securely deliver them to your home during our next Home Watch Premium visit.
We are not liable for any delivery-related damage or replacements, but we will notify you of any visible issues.

Night Security Check
We perform a night visit to verify that your exterior lighting and designated interior lighting are fully operational to deter potential intruders.

Indoor Plant Watering
We will water your indoor plants according to the schedule you specify.

Mail Center Mailbox Check
We check your mailbox at the mail center according to the schedule you specify, and can forward any important items to you upon request (postage fees apply).

Car/Golf Cart Periodic Drive
We will drive your car and/or golf cart once per month to cycle the oil and roll the tires.
